Colleen Perry Shaffer

Colleen hails from a small New England town, picking blueberries and running barefoot. She studied at Lawrence University and received her Master of Music from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. She moved to Colorado in 2013 and performs frequently with all the major regional ensembles. Before moving to Colorado, Colleen played with the Charleston Symphony, Chamber Music Charleston, Savannah Philharmonic, and Civic Orchestra of Chicago. She made her NYC Broadway debut in 2005 with Fiddler on the Roof. Colleen chases her three growing children around the mountains and tries to entice them to kindness.
