KATHY BRANTIGAN
Artistic Director
Kathy, along with husband Chuck, is co-founder of The Denver Brass. She is the former principal tubist with Denver Brass, retired Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music and former Co-Chair of the Brass Department at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. Kathy’s work is her play, but in addition to music-making, she enjoys historic restoration, skiing, and leisure time with friends, husband, children and grandchildren.
BECKY WILKINS
Executive Director
Becky joined the Denver Brass team in 2010 and was appointed Executive Director in 2015. In 2012, she was selected Conference Director of the prestigious international Rafael Méndez Brass Institute. Becky holds an MBA with specialization in Sports & Entertainment Management from the University of Colorado Denver, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, with minors in business and leadership studies. Born & raised in Colorado, Becky is proud to be contributing to the growth and development of music and the arts in the Denver-metro region. She lives in Georgetown with her husband and son, and spends the little free time she has skiing, biking, quilting and practicing horn and hammered dulcimer.
CHRISTOPHER TERRAZAS
Operations & Communications Coordinator
Christopher is a trombonist, Operations & Communications Coordinator, and Member of the Board of Directors for Denver Brass. He obtained his Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at El Paso and his Master of Music from the University of Denver. Christopher has competed as a soloist at the regional, national, and international levels, being a finalist for the American Trombone Workshop National Solo Competition, the International Trombone Festival Robert Marsteller Solo Competition, as well as the winner of the Big 12 Trombone Conference Solo Competition. Christopher is a frequent performer across Colorado and is currently principal trombonist with the Greeley Philharmonic.
CLARRISSE BOSMAN
Outreach & Communications Coordinator
Clarrisse Bosman is a bassoonist, educator, performer, and arts administrator with a passion for performance, teaching, and community engagement. She holds dual bachelors degrees in Bassoon Performance and K-12 Instrumental Music Education with Teaching Licensure from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to her performance career, Clarrisse has extensive experience in event coordination, social media management, and nonprofit leadership. She is the Founder and former President of CU Boulder’s Ice Skating Club, where she expanded membership to over 300 students. Her recent achievements include a 2024 Grammy consideration, winner of the International Bassoon Meetup Artistry Competition, and recognition as CU Boulder’s 2024 Outstanding Winter Graduate. Outside of music, Clarrisse is also a competitive figure skating coach and performer.
